Your key responsibilities include:  

• Lead an electrical crew on commercial and industrial job sites 

• Plan and lay out work according to blueprints and specs 

• Oversee installations of wiring, panels, and systems 

• Keep your site safe, efficient, and on schedule 

• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and team members 

• Be the go-to person for onsite troubleshooting and solutions 

• Set the tone – motivate, mentor, and model what great work looks like 

• Be a culture-carrier for everything NETCO stands for  

What you’ll Need:  

• Journeyman Electrician (IP or NB Certified) 

• Valid driver’s license 

• 3 + years experience in a leadership or Foreman role 

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and electrical diagrams  

• Confidence leading crews and solving site challenges 

• Solid knowledge of electrical tools and safety protocols
